Each week for 6 weeks you will receive 11 unique drills to incorporate into your current training program, these will be delivered as a video of each drill, along with a downloadable training guide (PDF).

2 x scrum technique drills + scrum conditioning circuit
2 x mobility exercises
1 x front row running session
At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll have a library of 66 drills to refer to whenever you need to focus on a specific area of your scrum training.

We know exactly what it's like to only get generic feedback on your technique from your coach, and not knowing the right drills to practice to keep developing. Most front rowers think they've got pretty good technique, until we analyse their footage with a fine tooth comb to pin point weaknesses in their position.
