Front Row Academy
The Scrum Strong Front Row Academy is back, and is available to any player in Sydney between the ages of 10-18.
Players will learn how to develop the correct techniques needed to scrum safely, and more effectively, making them a more complete player. The neck safety and body shape components of our program are the foundations from which we build a players capability from, to then learn the intricacies of more advanced scrummaging techniques.
Our front row academy players will have access to brand new state of the art scrummaging equipment from our partners at Enforcer, including a full scrum machine, a head-to-head scrummaging sled, and a single-player scrummaging sled.
This program will run for 4 consecutive weeks on Thursdays during January and February 2021 from 430pm to 530pm at Rat Park.

Registration
All players will be required to fill out a registration form prior to attending the first session. This will be emailed through a few days before the program commences.
COVID-19
All players will be required to scan in using the QR code at Rat Park.
Hand sanitizer will be available for players to use before, during and after the session.
